CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION – ROTHKÖTTER NEW YEAR RAFFLE

Participation in the Rothkötter Group’s prize draw is free of charge and is governed solely by these conditions of participation.

Eligibility

All employees (m/f/d), hereinafter referred to as „employees“, of the companies of the Rothkötter group of companies, hereinafter referred to as „Rothkötter“, who are in a non-terminated employment relationship with Rothkötter at the time of the final draw on 21.01.22 are eligible to participate.

In order to participate in the draw, the personnel department of the respective location must be provided with proof of a complete vaccination (genesis + booster vaccination, 2x with AstraZeneca, 2x with BionTech, 2x with Moderna or 1x with Johnson&Johnson, cross vaccination [vector vaccine + mRNA vaccine]) in a suitable form (submission of vaccination certificate, vaccination card or similar).

Participation is only possible by registering with the Human Resources Department by Thursday, 20.01.2022, 12:00. Subsequently submitted proofs will not be considered in the draw.

Employees who have been vaccinated on the vaccination dates organised by Rothkötter are already registered with the Human Resources Department.

Participation in the draw is free of charge.

Period

Participation in the raffle is possible until Thursday, 20.01.2022, 12:00. Within this period, employees will be given the opportunity to participate in the raffle by providing proof of a complete vaccination.

The following prizes will be awarded

A.

2x new car (VW up! worth approx. 15.000€ each)

B.

20x voucher for a bicycle, each worth 1.000€.

The winners will be informed and can receive the voucher from a chosen bicycle dealer in the region.

C.

100x Amazon voucher worth 150€ each

The winners will be determined on 21.01.2022 in a random draw among all eligible employees.

The winners of the raffle will be informed of the prize in a timely manner via a separate e-mail or in person.

The prize draw will be handed over exclusively to the winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

Rothkötter will bear any costs incurred for the shipment of the prize. Any taxation of the prize will be borne by Rothkötter.

If the winner does not respond within a period of 4 weeks after two requests, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

Data protection

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data or the use of existing data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him/her are complete and correct.

The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without their consent.

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name and a photo in media used by Rothkötter (including Korn&Co., social media).

The participant may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to datenschutz@rothkoetter.de. After revocation of the consent, the participant’s personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately.

Applicable law

This raffle is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.

Severability clause

Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic sense and purpose to the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
