We receive our raw materials from certified suppliers only, i.e. a quality assurance system has to be applied by all of them. Due to a network with the raw material database of the DVT with its rapid alert system, we are able to react to threatening risks immediately. Samples are taken from all deliveries and an initial check is done: this includes identification, sensor check, examination for pest infestation and foreign bodies as well as NIR analyses for value-determining ingredients such as protein. All mycotoxine-prone raw materials are examined in our laboratory. Microbiological examinations are done by external certified laboratories. Samples from critical parts of the production process are taken weekly.
